about

"Lately, things have not been looking good. What seemed like a morning haze rubbing against the window panes became an eternal haze. That lacklustre part of nature is now inundated with a thousand horrors that the naked eye has yet to witness. I know that something monstrous and grotesque would soon emerge from the surrounding vagueness, which... at the same time I could hope less for. No. It is much worse than those descriptors. There is no such thing to describe what it is behind that thick gray veneer. NO. It is not really present to me to describe what it is. It is just what it feels like. It is fear manifested. You just can't see what lies ahead. But I see fear itself, in my eyes, dressed in all black.

"This heavy winter has been putting me through such troublesome times. The television cable has been busted for a few days and I don't know what could keep me busy at this moment. The only thing that kept me company as of now are the pages of my own ramblings. I could be talking back and forth, just to pretend that I have someone by my side. Just to make sure I am safe in this warm, little isolated house. No. I am condemned by the greater forces to be alone in this house, and this house was constructed to be a prison. I am doomed to do nothing, but sit down and stare out the windows until it has cleared.

"I can only think that when I look at these pages, there is an underlying madness burbling beneath these words. I could go get institutionalized, but I can't go outside. The snow has piled against the front door. Like I said before, the greater forces have imprisoned me here. I can't do anything now. I guess I shall slumber along in a dream world until the next day. Please keep me close, my dear Prudence."

Pulled from the journal entries of the aptly named, Windowman. He has been reported as missing since 03/19/20XX.
